There is no concrete evidence to support this, and it is not approved by the FDA or any medical community to treat any disorder, including anxiety disorders.

You'd want to install diskeeper then. Windows should automatically be able to handle the file system itself, but third party programs do it better.

The sound of breathing. It really gets to me, especially if I am trying to sleep.
Also the taste of anything with MSG or other "flavor enhancers". They make the taste of food way too overwhelming.
