I do, I often stutter or say the same thing over and over with lots of ummm's and erhm's
I have to stop and think what im going to say, and even then it comes kinda like what the topic creator said ... |

I also hate water, I remember back in elementary school when they taught us "water is colorless, smell-less and tasteless" I would always reply "That's a lie water tastes awful!"

yeah, well in spanish you say "hola, como estas?" (hi, how are you?)
so I will often reply "parado" or "sentado" (standing up or sitting down)
