| Encourage him to get as much exercise as possible too. Our daughter is much younger but has similair sleep problems. When she has had alot of exercise chances are she will sleep through the night.

find a compounding pharmacy. they'll be able to provide the medication in a variety of ways your toddler will be happy with.

Something that your son could hold onto & kind of focus on while switching from one thing to the next may re direct some of that anxiety.

Thanks for all the tips. I bought some soft cotton yoga pants for her today.
I'll try sticking to soft cotton & look forward to summer when I don't have to worry so much about the shoes. |
