The LXX (Septuagint) was a translation of the Tanakh into Greek around 250 BC.
The Samaritan Pentateuch is an ancient paraphrase of the Torah, I think into Aramaic.

The bolded zeros for Noah are incorrect.
They are supposed to represent a 100+/100- alteration from the original.
Edit: updated the image so everything is correct now as far as I know. |
