For some, yes. For me they cause meltdowns. I guess I should feel lucky that I'm not epileptic but what happens to me under strobe lights is still not a good experi ...

What's a visor? I do have these shades, that aren't huge sunglasses but I think they work the same. They used to help me read under bright light. Now all I have to do is find them...

Yeah you described me perfectly. It does get very embarrassing when I think someone is talking about something when they're talking about something completely different.
