Not sure. I've had incidents where people suspected autism when I was a kid. Others who informally diagnosed me may have reached that conclusion when I was 27, and I was told about it when I was 31

That really does sound like a minefield. Isn't it true that a different voice tone can also give words entirely different meanings in many asian languages? That's another troubling thought.
