I had my very good friend stand on a scale and fully clothed, with shoes, bike helmet, backpack and all, he weighs under 130 lbs...so my guess is that he probably weighs less than 120 lbs...at 5' 10+" a mere wisp of a person...and this is him while he is filled out and eating regular meals and not starving himself as a vegan...When I would try to seek support on how to help him be a healthier vegan because his weight would drop so low that he was frequently on the verge of passing out, the vegans would always lecture me on how easy it is to be a healthy vegan and mantain a healthy body weight without animal products, and then I would throw in how he has difficulty with eating and the fact that he is on the spectrum and the fact that he does not own a refrigerator and so-on and their advice would go from easy to harder and harder....So I cannot help but be glad that he is currently a vegetarian but not vegan...
