I am hoping this is a safe place to share what each of us needs to share. You should feel safe to refer to yourself in any manner that fits. If you feel you have aspergers (and who really knows better than you), then I accept that. My current obsession is with aspergers, and there is no one who can tell me I don't have it, because I have studied the literature, and talked to a therapist, and my family. I don't need a formal diagnosis as I am not looking to apply to any special need benefits, etc.. As an adult asperger female, I just want to know more so I can continue my journey informed. I hope you will continue to share.

hi goodwitchy, i can identify with what you say, no one has said openly that they think i'm weird but i do feel im not 'mainstream'
thanks for sharing, hope to learn more about aspergers as i go along, i've not been professionally diagnosed but things havent been right for years, and to be honest, there are things that make sense when i read forums etc
or maybe its me being obsessive and anxious, yes i am that too!
