I want to get slim

I've got problem with the fatness all my life I want to get slim and reduce the fatness especially in my arms and my legs. I've got pretty fat legs and arms as well can you tell me some advice how to reduce them and get more slim. Im desperate I need an advice pls say some. I also want to reduce my stomach but Im doing crushes already and I hope I'll see some result. Thanks in advance.
