aagh, my arm hurts like crap, i can barely move it, it hurts no matter what i do, any tips?
i think i have nerve damage in the arm... but i'm not sure... please help, my arm hurts like crap right now

i'm on my depression meds again, and i've gotten meds for my insomnia, finally.
my depression meds jsut make me feel worse though... the sleeping pills are ok, but i still wake up a lot in the middle of the night.... i'm hoping to change my depression meds changed, they make me feel worse.
also, i've been having trouble with my right arm lately, and right now it's hurting a lot, and feels weak... any tips?

Murder
10 of them,

a murder of crows,
sits by my door

Sadness
sadness like a small disease,
slowly spreads,
as though through fleas,
like the plague it slowly kills,
silence echoes through the hills.

i'm kinda sad right now, my friend just left from sleeping over and i've got to clean my room, i really don't want to, but ihave to :(.
i know that's a weird reason to be sad, but my depression meds are also causing me to have mood swings :(
i feel sad a lot and i get hyper, i think people on here might not like me, i got ignored in a chat today :(
i feel so sad right now, perhaps i'll put up a poem or two that i've written tomorrow, if any one reads this, please reply, i'm pretty lonely right now.
