Still haven't gained any weight. In fact I regressed back to 39kg. So today I'm eating 250 more kcal. I feel extremely full and had to have a relatively copious lunch. Tomorrow I will try and snack more often on fruit, yogurt and biscuits, then I can eat a smaller lunch and I won't have to eat much after dinner in order to make up.
Otherwise, good day. Did quite a lot of walking. Did 1,200 press-ups in total!
Will be going out for another walk.
Will have to do two days' work experience starting tomorrow - it is quite dull in fact.

So, this is the beginning of my blog. Let me introduce myself. I am Steel (that is my nickname by the way - I am somewhat wary about giving out my name on the internet) and I have been diagnosed with Aspergers last year.
Today was an interesting day... Still attempting to gain weight while recovering from anorexia. Am still not allowed to go running (something that I thoroughly enjoy not because of the weight loss - I am now trying to gain - but because of the calming effect). Weight is 39.5kg, giving me a BMI of 14.8. Gained 1/2 a kilogram and have eaten 2,350 calories today, healthy foods only of course. Have to eat around 2,400 a day to gain weight slowly, as I am still very active and do a lot of aerobic and weightlifting exercises; today I have burnt 1,300 calories, according to an online calculator.
I went to Camden Market with my mother today and purchased a large red (mens) T-shirt and a pair of baggy shorts. I also purchased a pair of fingerless gloves, as even though the rest of my body is warm, I believe I have trapped blood vessels in my wrists, as my hands are always very cold and my nails even turn a blue colour at times!
Read my medical textbook for an hour this morning and will learn another 5 or 10 decimal places of pi tonight - I am on 140 d.p. so far.
Otherwise, tomorrow is another day. Let us see if I gain any more weight next week. I hope so. 90% of my weight gain is in muscle anyhow.
