I ain't handicapped damn it!

If anyone's handicapped it's NTs, not us. I'll give 'em handicapped! I'll take their box, change the label from "Asperger's" to "Box Maker" and stick them in it. Handicapped indeed. The world needs people like us. We are necessary and vastly superior in many ways. I'm sick and tired of adapting to fit their world. It's their turn now...

I'd almost forgotten how sensitive I once was. I've developed a relatively hard exterior having been living amongst and adapting to regular people for so long now that I've completely forgotten how easy I was to offend. It's the first real time I've interacted with other people who have autism and without even realising I'm doing exactly what was done to me once upon a time - making things worse for them! I should get back in my cage and learn a thing or two before getting carried away and shooting my mouth off. My sincerest apologies to all whom I may have offended. Please forgive me for my foolishness.
