I'm 14 now and my life has changed SOO much...
posted at 05:28 am on 06-29-2008

It's a while since I wrote in my blog, a few months or so and so much has changed for me. My grandma's died and now I only have two grandpas, I am seriously planning for my careers and we have to travel around like billio.

I also try to work on my mindfullness, which can be quite hard, some of the time. Right now I am on my dad's laptop and I tried to be as polite as possible for him to let me go on.

For my mum, things are incredibly stressful and I feel so sorry for her. I wonder when we will have a week at home all to ourselves, when all of us can do what we like most of the day. I doubt we will ever have a week like that now our lives have changed so much. That's all folks!

P.S I am still ever so interested in Daffy Duck, but now I am beginning to like Bugs Bunny a lot as well. :-)

Things have been fun and interesting lately.
posted at 12:34 pm on 02-04-2008

Yesterday we drove for a mile, following our friends to a lovely Scottish town. We had a cake and a drink at a cafe, then afterwards we went to a park hill and went sledding! :-) It was so fun - I slid fast down backwards a few times.

Today we have been walking in the country with our other friend and her mum (my best friend :-)) and we collected samples of water from the nearby lochs and burns (or however it's spelt). We looked at drops of the water under a microscope and there were so many pieces of plant and living bugs - two were very large and creepy under a microscope. Tomorrow we leave for England, things should be pretty interesting down there as well...

That's all folks!

Now I have been on here for months, I think I have a feel of what WP is really like. Some of the people on here use much foul language, the discussions come and go and it isn't just blogs you can madly post on.

About the rest of the world, there's a film coming out based on Dr. Seuss's "Horton Hears A Who". That should be fun!

Plans for the future.
posted at 07:12 am on 12-02-2007

I know I'm not really supposed to think totally about the future, but it comforts me.

I imagine that I could become a history teacher for quite young children, maybe sort of nine to tennish. I could teach them about lots of different things each year and stuff.

I could also be an astronomer. Just looking up at the clear sky of stars last night inspired me. I hardly ever get to see the stars anymore, it felt like a blessing to witness the far off suns and planets up there, then to think how small we all are in the universe.

Part-time school is all right, but I would rather do geography and history at home, so we're stopping that this term. Soon I can be a teenage Aspie history teacher to the rest of my family if I study a wee bit more! :D

That's all folks.

Christmas feeling is in the air...
posted at 04:31 pm on 11-08-2007

Bliss. I am already getting a hint of Christmas feeling. That gingerbread latte at Starbucks definitely helped... :-) Listening to Christmassy music really helps too.

I hope everyone will have a happy, relaxing and fun one, I know that sometimes people don't have very good Christmasses.

We wish you a merry Christmas, we wish you a merry Christmas, we wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year... (LOL) :-)

Life is cool
posted at 01:49 pm on 10-16-2007

Sometimes I feel a little sad and jealous that I'm not like most people, but usually I'm cool. I have a fun life, a few friends (all good enough friends :-) ) and I like pursueing my hobbies and becoming Buddhist.

So all that's fine and dandy. I hope life goes on like this. I'm sad that other Aspies aren't so cool with their life and I hope they'll feel that way soon. :-)

Our earth is dying.
posted at 08:37 am on 09-29-2007

It is monstrous and almost inhumane that so little of us are doing something to prevent our beautiful earth from dying. All right, even I'm not especially good (I don't have a compost heap, a greenhouse or anything special like that), but I'm still aware. Please, everyone be aware how our earth is dying. If you know how, please help in some way if you are not already, or otherwise our planet (for some, their wrong planet) will crumble under the effort of pollution and millions may die.

I have a story.
posted at 05:25 am on 09-20-2007

I have sent off a story I have written to several agents. Like all who have sent off stories to agents, I would love to have it published. So far two people have replied, both saying that they would not like it published (luckily one of those people enjoyed it! :-) ).

My dream is to become an author. I wonder if any other Aspies have this dream..?

I am enjoying Wrong Planet all the more! :-)
posted at 08:56 am on 09-08-2007

I am having so much fun on WrongPlanet writing to people that I have ignored my blog for a while! :-O Oh dear. Well, I am feeling well, which is how I like to be and I am in a good mood today because I am going to meet another home educated person today who's coming round soon (probably not Aspie, although she's not particularly N.T either! :-) ). I warn some animal-loving Aspies to stay away from a book called "Saving Finnegan" as they will probably be upset. I love animals and I am enjoying this book, but then all Aspies are different. Also the main character in "Saving Finnegan" is a wee bit rude. That's all folks!

Someone I know well is enjoying my blog
posted at 05:28 am on 09-02-2007

I received an e-mail today that I sent a person I know very well and love a lot enjoys reading what has been going on in my life. I will respond back to her on e-mail as well of course, but I thought it would be a nice surprise for N.v.M to receive this message as well. Most of the people at my school are quite young, although there is one girl there about my age. There are a few people aged over nine in the middle class (which we go to). Oh and if anyone wants to leave a comment, then just write it in the comment box below (if you can manage to go past LordA's EVIL D's). That's all folks!

I have read Harry Potter 7
posted at 08:37 am on 09-01-2007

Well, looks like the Harry Potter legacy has FINALLY ended. I wonder what all "Harry Potter" fans will turn to now, they will certainly get bored re-reading all of them for a few years. I myself have only read the last three books, because I haved watched the films of the others. Last night I finished the last book. I'm glad to say I enjoy it, but I did not like the violence and the fact that loads of people died. I wonder if other Aspies have finished it yet. I am not an avid "Harry Potter" fan, I'm sure many think otherwise. So, I wonder what J.K Rowling will write next (I expect she doesn't NEED to write anything next because she has SOO much money). Secret: I feel that there needs to be a sequel, following on from the epilouge in this book. It doesn't have to end here, does it..? That's all folks!

A busy day at school...
posted at 03:28 pm on 08-29-2007

Today I had to work out my brain harder than usual. For one thing I had to concentrate in the world around me and then I had to concentrate on the work I was doing. Luckily I enjoyed it but I am VERY glad that I am not doing it full-time AND five days a week. I am very sorry for Aspies who are not doing well at full-time school and I'm sure it must feel very hard. I suggest that you try to find something you enjoy doing in life (like read a book or playing on the computer) and doing that! Otherwise - maybe you could outsmart the bullies (sorry, no tips on that, but I hope it works if you try it)... I myself after working at school today relaxed after a good bag of marmite crisps and watching a bit of a video (videos almost ALWAYS cheer me up, I hope the same goes for you! :-) ). That's all folks!

Went to school today...
posted at 11:47 am on 08-28-2007

I went to school for part of the day today (quick dentist appointment included). I REALLY liked it and it was interesting to do geography, drama and talk to a person there my age (there aren't many people at the school). I will be going again tomorrow as well and I'm very excited!!

I hope that other Aspies on this site are doing all right with their school and that they are not feeling too bad. I'm sorry for those who are being bullied in school. That's all folks!

Some foods I like
posted at 08:55 am on 08-27-2007

I know a lot of Aspies don't like most foods but I am DIFFERENT! Yes, there are some foods I don't like, but most of them I can chomp down in a short amount of time!! :-)

My favourite foods are pancakes (especially those with maple or golden syrup), satsumas (I would be happy eating JUST satsumas for a whole day) and cheesestrings! I also like salmon, Wenslydale cheese, onions and others!!

Foods that I DON'T like very much are certain kinds of dressing, sometimes I can get more than enough of peas and I also don't like scrambled egg which hasn't been made here (usually anyway). I am half vegetarian - When I eat out I eat no meat or fish (except for A FEW exceptions) and when I am at home I sometimes eat meat. That way I can eat what I choose yet be more polite to the animal kingdom.

That's all folks!

My 2nd day on WrongPlanet!
posted at 06:08 am on 08-27-2007

This morning we woke up very early so we could meet all the pupils at our new school! We didn't actually work today because we are doing it part-time, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I'm SO excited. Those who replied to one of my blogs, I have replies back! :-)

To Chop, Thanks for the message! :-) Is the DVD you bought the TV series or the film, because I did not like the film because I found it very scary and very bloody. I like the TV series - at least what I have watched anyway. Thanks for the tip of flipping and I will be careful about that.

To SosoLynn, I am grateful for the fact that you like the name of my oppucation.

To gamer1, I like the name of your Jack Russel. Why did you name him Thor? We named Puffin and Dove Puffin and Dove because of their colours, Puffin is mainly black and white and Dove is mainly white. Jack Russels are a VERY adorable race, aren't they? Back to blog: My writing is still not on the site. I am a little impatient about it. Has it not been checked yet, or did people not like it? I am not sure. At the moment I am reading a very good book I have read before called "The Orange Girl". I think a lot of Aspies will like it because it is a good mystery story and it has a few facts about space. You can also feel for the characters as well. That's all folks!

This is one of my favourite sites in the world!!
posted at 02:17 pm on 08-26-2007

I have very much enjoyed my first day on WrongPlanet and it is now one of my VERY favourite sites, I am obsessed with it! All ready I have done so much I find it hard to catch up on and it has been perfect. I am in a VERY good mood now that I've discovered this site and I will try to go on it as much as possible. :-) For now, I think the sun will soon be setting and soon after it rises to begin another hopeful day, I will perhaps go on again and continue to enjoy and chat on the website that is WrongPlanet. That's all folks!

I love this site!!
posted at 10:51 am on 08-26-2007

Last time I posted a message on this site (which was earlier today) I had just registered and NOW, I've started a discussion, done a piece of writing and written a message to another person who's done a blog!! :-) I have not logged off on this site ALL DAY!! :-) A bit more about me, I hope to become either an author, an artist, a singer (not pop), a Daffy Duck director/actor/animator or ALL OF THE LAST! My favourite book is "Watership Down". I think it is quite a good book for Aspies. There are no really complicated expressions and there aren't too many mixed emotions at all. My favourite film is "The Sound Of Music", I love the humour and the characters etc. I also like being funny. Unfortunately my jokes are often rather silly and immature. I love our two little mad Jack Russels, Puffin and Dove. We bought Puffin first, she's the oldest, a wily and intelligent black, brindle and white Jack Russel. We bought Dove after that (Puffin thinks Dove is her baby!). She is a rather slow-witted, black-faced white Jack Russel. We love both the mad beasts very much! :-) That's all folks!

My first day as a Wrong Planet member! :-)
posted at 08:33 am on 08-26-2007

I have been looking for a good forum for Aspies and this is the best I've found, so I've registered! Also, this is my first ever blog and I am excited to do lots of good stuff on this website (starting with this). I am 13 years old and I was born with low functioning autism. Luckily, mum + a few other great people taught me how to be more NT (neuro-typical) with help from the blessed Lovaas programme!! :-) Now I can do lots more besides rocking around on the floor twiddling with my fingers (although I still like to fiddle, especially when I am excited and nervous)! I am not all that Aspie or Austistic, but I still find it hard to function in the world around me. Like I am usually daydreaming when I am trying to do something easy, like wait for my turn in a queue or even just walk down from our local Starbucks in Borders to look at books. I am also a little weird around normal people, especially those around my age. Because I am not very good in the real world (I need to be on a different planet), I am home educated! This makes my life much happier and easier. However saying that, the day after tomorrow I am going to school two days a week for about a term for a few hours each day! For some absurd reason I am really excited. Well, guess that's it for today. :-) That's all folks!
