Depression,creative writing,& Fanfiction posted at 09:02 pm on 03-11-2007
Depression is pretty prevlent in most poeple with asperger syndrome(or so i've read in books, blogs,or webpages deticated to educating/informimg in general public about autisum.)Though its a gut renching thing to have(I know from exprience because i have it)from my its like a feeling as though the weight of your soul gets heavier & you wish that the ground would suck you under to end the pain. you sit back wondering where is you life going, what job you should get after you recived your G.E.D & tramatic memmories pop up in at most inapproperate moments.Even if you have become an adult you stop an think have you truely "grown up", even if you have a talent such as cooking, dancing, art, floral arragment, ect. if you got depression yhou begin to lose faith in yourself espeaicaly when the ones"closest to you" tend not to understand your feelings of inadaquities, isolation, interupted sleeping patterns, selfhate,& and a need to express one's self but are met with denial, psychoanilizing(from laypeople who aren't quailified to do so) the snarky arrogance of other who act like they think they know what goes on in your head when they no nothing(whilst picking/sucking their teeth...EEWWWWW!). The only things that keep me from becoming a homocidal maniac are drawing my comic books that i make, writing original stories, and reading fanfiction.now some fafiction isn't written properly some are & infact some areo well written they recive awards inthe online communit. So now i ask you the members of wrongplanet.com how do you feel:about fanfiction, drawing, writing storing to help you deal with the pain of every day life, & tips on how to overcome depression??
PS:How do you handle a moody, depressing, kooky mother(mines kind like that sort of)

Hello, I'm new to wrongplanet.com & this being my first time writing a blog so please be gentle.... I'm writing this to ask wether or not that there has been anyone who has made a name for themseleves as a famous artist or author with asperger syndrome. I'm hoping to someday become a great author of: comic books, novels, short stories, ect. But was wondering how to go about it,any constructive advice or links would be very helpful.
