Hello everybody!

I created this post so that everybody can make-up a poem and share it. Heres mine,

Six Things Found in a Witch's Pocket

A deep, dark couldrun black as night,
A gigantic spooky spider as tame as a dog,
A blasting broomstick as fast as lightinig,
A slug as slimy as a wet frog,
A cat as dangerus as a t.rex,
A frog who's name is Lex.
Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Lovely.......thank you.

And a great idea to start a poetry thread.

Hear is my little poem for the day.

In life I eat bread (gluten-free) and drink water
But deep inside me is a midnight garden.

Silent Poem
[based on a poem to be spoken silently]

It was so silent that
Buses swept past
like ghosts of the night...

It was so tranquil that
the clouds slid past
like humming birds in the sky...

It was so peaceful that the
moon walked round the planet
like a lost traveller...

I'm not a kid (I'm in my second childhood) but I just would like to compliment the writer of the Silent Poem. It's great.

hi there heres my poem,

every year at the roman castle,
are the soldiers of rome,
and every night the roman leader,
screams as he falls down the pinicles,
so if you go pass the roman castle,
your bound to see the roman leader,
on the floor.

what do you think about that? Wink
