I found this quite comforting as well as, incorporating thoughts which, I tend to struggle with yet it's nice to see this as, often all aspies need something to give some hope if I may state it as such?

Instead of waiting and pining, I will go to the gym and work out.
I don't need food.
I don't need to be engaging in emotional eating.
I don't need to stuff my emotions with food.
Instead of wishing for a phonecall,
And instead of being worried of you,
I will concentrate on my work and become a better person.
I will exercise and loose the pounds I've put on through emotional eating.
I will have a career, have a sexy, healthy and slender body.
Instead of thinking of you all the time, I will become a more interesting and attractive person,
So that we will both know I have other options.
I shall love myself more!! I am lovely to me. And I am truly happy about myself.
Wherever I go I'm with myself and until the end of the day I will be with myself.
I don't need food. I am not hungry.
I will not find satisfaction in food. |
