Two of my major interests are zodiac signs and blood types. Lately I've been wondering if there is a correlation between Asperger's and a certain blood type and Asperger's and a particular zodiac sign. So I set up polls. The poll for the zodiac sign is here as you can see. If you have asperger's and are up to indulging my curiousity please vote in these polls. You can go here http://www.snappoll.com/poll/256326.php for the blood type poll. And if you're curious, I'm an Aquarius and AB+.

I wouldn't put anything into it, but just to contribute, I am an aquarious. Also, I don't know my blood type, (but I really want to find out) I plan to give blood at the next blood drive at my school so I can find out. (That is not the only reason of course, but it is a plus ) Though I know my father is O and my mother is AB. |

Could you go here: http://www.snappoll.com/poll/256326.php and enter your type, it's easier for me to keep track of than forum posts.

I'm just saying those celebs probably don't have AS and chances are at least two of them have the same blood type. _________________ I put the "__" in lazy |

there is some scientific support for correlating winter births to ASDs (and many other conditions)... basically has to do with immuno challenges for the mother during the winter seasons... leads to suseptible fetuses... blah blah blah _________________ got free science papers?

My icon! You stole my icon!
I voted, but I imagine if the sample size is large enough, you'll find no correlation.
On the other hand, remember that WrongPlanet is a specific type of AS person, and so the sample isn't quite randomized. _________________ "Maybe the ones who have it easy are missing part of the adventure."

| I'M AB+ ALSO! The only odd thing I saw about people saying they had AS here, regarding blood type, was that a LOT, statistically, are RH-. Still, I REALLY think I have AS, and it explains a LOT! And I am RH+. Of course, though RH- DOES exclude RH+ genes, the reverse is not true, and I don't even know if my father is RH-. My mother says she is RH+. |
