When I'm out at for example.. the store and I don't have my headphones (My music.) and I notice allot of people and I'm not with in range of anyone I know. I start to sweat. I suddenly get paranoid. It takes every ounce of my being NOT to freak out. This happens occasionally. I detest not having my distraction. I've figured a pretty good list of my obsessions. All of which I've researched/horded info on.. I can recite like an encyclopedia. (One of which is Human Sexuality. My best topic.) I'm Dysgraphic. I want to make more friends.. But I don't know how to start it.. I'm even awkward in a forum. Unless I know it will directly hurt someone I tend to speak with out thinking. I DO understand metaphors/sarcasm. I've just run out of thought.. Anyway! Anyone know?

Could be social anxiety, could anything, more clues please, not that we can diagnose you but we could possibly point you in some useful directions

That incident in the store, sounded like a panic attack to me. Alot of aspies have them, but so do NT's. Need more info.

Well I'm still trying to figure out What Makes an Aspie. I have a degree of OCD. Here's what my then-ex now re-GF thinks.
because you refuse to see when youve done something wrong, you never. EVER fully apologize and you always want to be right even when your not, when you see you cant win you use your absolute cheapest worst most agrivating "feel bad for mee!" defense. the only aspie i ever knew was like that and i refused to date him because thats some sh** i CANT put up with
you still look at yourself and think of how innocent you are and how ive wronged you.
and you still want me to sob for you and be your mother
I don't know if that helps at all.. She was the one who last asked/told me I was an Aspie.. And now that thought is always at the front of my mind.. I depresses me a bit. I want to change.. But I don't know how.

| I got alot of things you're talking about like being paranoid, anxiety, I dont' sweat though. And trouble making friends. I also get sarcasm & Jokes. So there's a possibility. |
