A neighbor of mine had Bible Adventures for the NES. One of the worst games ever made.

Here's a recent game for you: The Darkness

This reason I hate this game so much is because it had so much potential, but was just poorly put together.
The premise is that it is an FPS where your character has some wierd dark powers, including a snake that climbs on walls and ceilings to stealthily sneak up and kill people and the ability to summon little monsters to help.

Here we go:
1/ As an FPS, this game is crap. The aiming is poor and irritating, and the character, for some reason, bobs from side to side if crouched. There is no sprint/run function- if you turn a corner and there's a load of people, you can't turn and run. No, you turn and walk... and die...
2/ The dark powers are surely the things that should save this game then? That's what I thought. Turns out, no. The snake gets caught on everything, including empty cans, pebbles, dead bodies and the edge of the room. The last one of these is amazingly frustrating, as I once tried to go from the floor to the wall at the edge of a room and found myself on the ceiling- go figure...
3/ The minions you summon don't last long and are destroyed by light. So I found myself trying to utilise the poor gun controls to destroy all the lights around before each battle. Not fun.

This is why I am now playing Ninja: Gaiden Smile

But why you don't like FF8!?! Is it because of this.

That's one of the many reasons... I was piratically yelling at the screen 'drop! drop! drop!' during the scene Rinoa was hanging from a cliff.... I still don't know why Squall was the only one who could save her, anyone could. All the characters where doing things to get Squall and Rinoa together because the game says they are 'supposed' to be together.

Well squall was still a much cooler character than that whiny girly crybaby from FF10 (so much so that Yuna looked manlier than he did)... Plus, squall was definitely an aspie, so that's more points towards FF8 in my book...

my least favorite game on technical grounds: Supreme Commander. The thing gives me so much crap that even my computer that can run oblivion at maximum settings can't handle this beast effectively.

my least favorite on story grounds: The X series (it's a european space simulator). The storyline is so dull that it's almost humorous, but it more than makes up for it with open-ended gameplay.

my least favorite on fan base: FF7, because everyone was up in arms about sephiroth killing aeris. They're CHARACTERS... and I thought I had no life...

Overall, I can't really give an "absolute worst game" title to any game, since there really hasn't been a game I've played that sucked that bad...

you'd think they'd be happier. Aeris dying was the only point of interest in her miserable parasitic existence.

Home Alone 1 for NES

Here's how it goes. You start outside, you gotta run in the house and hide from Harry and Marv. I kept getting caught and I gave up in frustration.

I remember that game. It was so frustrating and confusing. I tried to like it, but couldn't.

I never played Superman 64 but I've heard HORRIBLE things about it...

I can't even beat Superman for the N64. The very 1st level was difficult for me to beat, therefore I decide not to continue the game.

Sonic Heroes(PS2/Gamecube/X-Box)
Shadow The Hedgehog(PS2/Gamecube/X-Box)
Navy Seals(Game Boy)
Resident Evil: Gaiden(Game Boy Colour, finished it in bout 3 days)
Home Alone 2(Mega Drive/Genesis)
Street Fighter 2(Amiga version, choppy framerate and not even done by capcom doomed this port, i think US Gold did the port correct me if i'm wrong)
Transformers:Autobots/Decepticons(DS)
Transformers: The Game: (PSP plus to be honest i just hate the new movie anyways)

i not played it but i throught i might as well give E.T. for the Atari 2600 an little mention, from what i've seen of it on youtube it does not shock me that the unsold copies just ended up getting dumped somewhere in i think it's under an new mexico desert lol plus i cannot forgive the fact that E.T.(game NOT the movie lol) almost ruined the games industry before it even started
