I've done this for as long as I can remember. Never really to the point of obvious bald bits, although my eyelashes and pubes have at times been very sparse.

I tend to do it more in times of stress (unsurprisingly!).

Does anyone have stories to share or remedies against?

One by one it doesn't hurt at all.

Are you a boy or a girl? Have you ever been for a leg wax???

A leg wax is far worse.

I'm a guy, and no never waxed my legs. Don't need to. But I once had a little accident while trimming my pubes, almost a very bad outcome there.

Mind you, maybe this is part of it. I feel a little discomfort - sometimes - but I wouldn't call it painful at all.

I do this sometimes, just as a nervous habit, or when I'm thinking - my eyebrows and eyelashes suffer most. I'm more affected by something similar but skin-directed - I can't help but pick at scabs, dry skin etc. I'll give myself a loud internal telling off, sit on my hands, get a toy to play with instead and all that, but within 5 mins I'll be at it again without noticing. I don't feel any pain while doing this, so I can end up making big holes in my skin without knowing what I'm doing.

Yeah, I usually pull out my hairs on my eyebrows and eyelashes, regularly.

Don't see no harm in it.

I usually pull out my eyelashes, random strands of hair while sitting in front of the computer, and bits off my eyebrows. Embarassed

I prefer to go to the Barber Shop when my hair needs cut, or use a razor when I need to shave.
