HAHA FOOLED YOU! I got you to look! Sooooo, since you here, can you read this???
There is this really cute boy. I know we have at least 4 things in common because he wears a lot of anime shirts and has the same exactly hoodie as me (Sweeny Todd). He is nerdy and looks like he is really sweet. Not like those "hott" guys who look conctided, like someone you could cuddle with xD. I see him a lot in the halls and I know I have lunch with him on Monday. I am too afraid to talk to him though. My friend may talk to him for me but NTs generally do not like that. I hate how I see someone who seems to be decent and I am too afraid to make that leap >.<
What should I do??? |

take any opportunity you have to say hi to him and say something like: "Hey, I noticed you like anime!" or something like that. sometimes you have to take that first big step before you can walk a mile. Let me know how it turns out.

 I wonder how many views this got by guys before being read?
I'd say face the wrath and do the talking rather than the friend depending on who he/she is. He may start to take interest in them rather than you if you don't step up to the plate.

How about asking him about the anime he has on his shirt? I'd say that'd be a good way to start and introduce yourself.

Hi, I don't think you should have your friend talk to him for you. Forget about cuddling him for now and just say hi and think to yourself that you're just interested in his anime or whatever it is and mention something about that to him. Just think of what you have in common when you say hi.  |

Being a geek guy myself, I can say with a high degree of confidence that if you tell him
exactly, and nearly verbatim, what you have said here, he will be incredibly flattered and
probably a bit flustered and tongue tied, but he will love you for it, believe me when I say that guys have a hard time making the first move too... and we LOVE to get attention 
BTW judging by your pic, you are a cutie, so I can;t imagine you being rejected!

but seriously i agree its hard ive been in allot of similar situations and ive never gotten anywhere, the anime shirts give you a good handle if you can get close enough to use it, if you know someone who knows him it might be good to have (especially NT) backup at least the first time you talk to him

Poeticromance, it's simple. I am a nerdy introverted kid, and during high school - even today - I would welcome ANY female to come talk to me, haha. The pressure put on men to initate EVERYTHING in relations is ridiculous.
I guarantee he will be more than happy that YOU approached HIM, no matter how you go about it.
...I want a girl to cuddle with -_- lol
