I remember a teacher tellign me that there are different classes for autistic people that would be helpful. As the 2 colleges I applied to won't accept me, well I get another chance. There's plenty of schools I have listed already, that I wasn't able to apply to and can apply now.
Are there any examples of this in the US? _________________ I am a Star Wars Fan, Warsie here.

Well, I know in the US there really aren't different classes for ASD's, but you can get special consideration, such as notetakers and getting to take tests seperate from the rest of the group. And there are schools that are more tolerant than others, so being an aspie there would be easier.
Like, any of the UC's, they are more... well, nerdy. So someone who's a bit quirky like us would fit in great. But somewhere like Harvard, which has a history bout as long as the country's, might not be so forgiving to the odd one out. |

Well I know about the Mason LIFE Program and its interesting though I'm not in because I'm actually in Mason as a student. Mason itself is good as well. Alex goes to Mason as well.

The college I go to has several "aspies". We take the same classes as everyone else but we get modifications like alternate location and extended time on tests. _________________ - Andy -
