The scene starts at 3:20. It's from the movie Syndromes and a Century, and the rest of the movie is complete boring crap but the steam room is very memorizing, I wish someone would clip down the video to just the steam. It would have made a nice museum installation.

You gotta love Philips CD-I games Razz Just about the only good thing that came out of them is what people do with them on you-tube ha-ha.

Like "Followthereaper90" said about computers they are the only thing I really think about other then film making.
