| Someone said on one of the posts that only white people have Asperger's Syndrome thats not true i am black and i have AS syndrome. |

Maybe it's because colored people tend to act in an abusive manner towards Aspie traits. In fact, the ones who are the nicest and most tolerant towards my Aspie behavior are white racists. At flea markets and once going to meet an interesting person I read about in the newspaper I have met several members of the Ku Klux Klan. Who knows, maybe they are Aspies themselves, they converse like the same CD that plays over and over. They were absolutely polite, welcoming and hospitable. In order to be fair and balanced, I have visited the Socialist Workers Party (they are supporters of the black liberation movement) in several US cities, I asked to enter the Headquarters of the Communist Party of Cuba when I was in Havana and noticed arrogant, nasty people. Political tourism is one of my interests.

| Autism is unusual in people of African ancestry but you're definitely not alone! There's a black guy who often contributes to these forums, Aspie Chav. But I do agree that the further right you go politically, the more tolerant people seem to be of Asperger's. |

That is because the left-wing marxist shitheads value social interactivity over individual merit.
Not that I'm particularly conservative either, as I believe trying to hold to values in the face of the ever-changing Universe is futile and ridiculous.... but at least they don't expect everyone to get along. |

Granted I grew up in the late 80's/early 90's in the south, but my experience was just the opposite. I'm white, but the redneck white kids gave me 9 layers of hell, while most of the black kids treated me respectfully.

That probably has more to with accessibility to diagnostic mental health services than it does with genetics. |

am have lived with quite a few black lf auties,and one black 'severe' aspie.
there's also people like the artist,Stephen Wiltshire who is black and has been well recognised as autistic for years.
human colour does not define autism or as.
