It's called Latin Assistant. I also have Quicklatin. |
Hmmm, have to look into the costs of these - which one do you prefer?

Latin Assistant is freeware, it has some bugs and errors pop-up occasionally. But it is a useful dictionary and can tell the conjugation of many verbs. Quicklatin costs money.

Hmmm, thanks! I guess I'll start with the freeware, and then see what I can find on Amazon or eBay. _________________ I'm as puzzled as a newborn child

The pause that refreshes topic
This forum is a pause for reflection. This does happen to me. Perhaps I end a train of thought, and then someone thinks of some other approach to the same idea.
In the PPR, though, there is rip-roaring language that could take off your head. When I first joined I was somewhat taken aback by all the emotion surrounding certain subjects. There is an abundance of very bright free thinkers here at WP. I have gotten kind of attached to the posters here. You just KNOW who is going to post in certain forums, and I feel I have just got to get in there and READ.
Here, in this thread, as well!
As for the forum-pausers, there is no paucity of ideas! _________________ Radical Aspergian

^ Great post, sartresue - I agree with so much of what you are saying here!
I venture into PPR only on days when I'm either feeling very strong, or needing to do battle myself! _________________ I'm as puzzled as a newborn child

The sub-forum where the trolls thrive. I argue there a bit too, but I try to leave before I get too angry. I don't want to be mean, but sometimes I say/write things too quickly and people are hurt. _________________ "Dracones debiti sunt deflagrare." |

Do you mean a sub-forum on this site? What does PPR stand for? _________________ Those who speak, don't know.
