^ I don't have them very often anymore, but I am curious. How do you "snuff" them out?

I tend to have earplugs with me when I go to a movie or such, most of my school is perfume/cologne free zones which I am greatful for.
I agree with the bugspray theory, it really does smell like it.
Sad have you tried talking to a doctor or such? they may be able to suggest something...

Doctors just tell you to avoid anything with fragrances, but that's easier said than done, especially in America, where everyone sprays perfume on themselves all day long, and air 'freshener' in all of their rooms. No one here can even smell anything anymore, except those of us who don't want to! Crying or Very sad

I was thinking of moving to Halifax, Nova Scotia, because that was made a fragrance-free city. Canadians are much more aware of the illnesses caused by chemical fragrances than Americans. They're really stupid here. Mad

^It sounds like you analyze everything like I do. My mind has learned to recognize the "attacks" as illogical, and they don't happen very often anymore. My meds suppressed the feelings enough, so that I could attempt to control them.
