That's good news, so it won't be subbed after all.
Like I said, only the important scenes have voice acting, and even those still have the text, so technically it is subbed.
Yeah, but that's still quite a few scenes, from what I've seen on YouTube. I wonder who they'll rope in to play Zeromus? _________________ Once it gets going, though, it's a roller coaster thrill ride - a roller coaster that stops dead every now and again like it's run by British Rail. -Yahtzee on GTA IV

It kind of sucks how with voice acting you can't rename the characters anymore. I used to rename Rydia as Lydia and Edward as Gilbert to fix those old mistakes.

I'm used to those sort of cutscenses from the 3D Sonic games so it shouldn't be a problem. My friend doesn't think the voice acting in FF games is very good though (from playing X and XII) _________________ Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus and Aspies are from Wrong Planet.

More news on the voice acting front: Steven Jay "I've got a deep throaty voice" Blum, aka Vincent Valentine (Final Fantasy VII) and The Laughing Man (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex), will be playing Yang. I would've picked him to play Kain or Golbez or Zeromus, myself, but it could work. _________________ Once it gets going, though, it's a roller coaster thrill ride - a roller coaster that stops dead every now and again like it's run by British Rail. -Yahtzee on GTA IV

Whoops, they've taken that info off Wikipedia's article on FFIV. It's still on Steven Blum's Wikipedia page, though.
This cinema had Cecil at his most emo, but I think Cecil's voice isn't too bad here. _________________ Once it gets going, though, it's a roller coaster thrill ride - a roller coaster that stops dead every now and again like it's run by British Rail. -Yahtzee on GTA IV
