Also, to make things worse,
that particular b***h was reassigned
to another school.

Does anyone know the contact
for the school district that kid was in?

This has legal action written all over it. Against the school, against the teacher, and against every one of the parents of the children who "voted" the kid out.

At the very least, the teacher should be fired.

If this happened in the U.S. it is specifically against the law (Americans with Disabilities act) The school should lose their federal and state funding. It is also a civil rights case, and there is emotional pain and distress. The school system might have to float a bond issue just to pay for the damages awarded to that child.

There is a public education law in almost every country I know of. If I were the school board, I'd be offering a settlement. If I were the parents, I'd be hiring a lawyer.

This happened to my son, he was older, but I live in fear of the fact that if we even move back to California, he will make good on his threat to kill that particular teacher.

No, we didn't leave California for that reason.

The sooner those parents hire a lawyer, the better.

When this happened to our son, the school system was so frightened that they called us in and apologized. We should have filed against them, but we didn't. Our mistake.

Glad I'm not the only one who mentioned Civil Rights violations. Cool And yes, the parents are proceeding with filing suit.

There is nothing in life that merits the taking of the life of someone who has wronged you... but this is as close as it friggin gets. At the very least, if I were that kid's parents, I would at least get her fired, then wait outside the unemployment office until she comes out and mug her. Then I'd steal her clothes and super-glue her car doors shut. See how she likes aminosity after that. Also I would cut her TV cable or rearrange her satillite dish so she can't watch any of the reality TV shows that gave her this twisted idea.

Just thought I'd post the latest I'd seen on the matter.

The American Civil Liberties Union
should be involved in this case.

95% of the class voted me out. I also only had recess a number of times as a 4th Grader.
The same teacher also let kids take belongings from me and beat me up and harass me in front of her. Also if i said anything i`ll get yelled at for crying and whining.

She should be fired and so should a majority of teachers in the Clarksville- Montgomery County School District.

Hmm. Did all this actually happen? It sounds like a tall tale to me.

Where did you go to school?

That's all to do with the teacher union - its too strong for most schools to even have a chance at taking action against.

I had a 5th grade teacher who was constantly making sexist comments. When my sister had him, he took all the girls who signed up for softball down to the boiler room and told them they were playing sissy ball.

The parents wanted him out, the principal wanted him out, the school board wanted him out, the teachers union wanted him in. And since it was a small school district they couldn't just swap him with another building. So he's still there.

In college, I was told that once I have tenure I'll pretty much have to murder someone before I can be fired from a teaching post

Damn. It's too bad they don't count killing a child's spirit of learning or self-esteem.
