this is a ukulele player named jake shimabukuro. he does such a fabulous job at remaking george harrison's "while my guitar gently weeps" on the ukulele.

i hope you like it.

I have definitely heard him/heard of him...
I am flattered...I would not exactly call myself a ukulele pro--though i don't leave the house without my uke ...and regulatly street busk and play regular gigs...I am more of the tiny tim ukulele school...where I am not the most proficent player but i sing well and wear a funny costume. _________________ Winged Gnome Goddess prevent me from killing this thread

I know. jake can work miracles with a uke like that. tell me, poopy. have you tried to copy jake picking style? i'd be slow at it and it'd take me weeks to practice. |

I am more of the plinky plink style ukulele player..I have always had a notoriously hard time with finger picking...partially due to poor motor coordination and partially due to a reluctance to practice....as I will practive fingerpicking alot with very little return... _________________ Winged Gnome Goddess prevent me from killing this thread
