When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder):not diagnosed , that would require conversation with doc,I know I have AS and I am sure that if I went to the doc about it the result would be the same......but that doesn't get me anywhere so why bother

Why are you here? I believe I may have AS
When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): I've had "issues" through most of my teen years, and I think AS explains them all
Favorite subjects: I always loved science class
Year/Grade: BA and BS
Favorite music: METAL
Books: Harry Potter 7 was the best of them all
TV shows/Movies: I have seen the movie Space Cowboys so many times I can recite it by heart
Instrument: I played a little piano in high school, but i was mostly a vocal student
Do you like sports? If so, which ones?: I don't have the attention span for sports, but I do like baseball
Family: I am engaged to my best friend. My parents and siblings are all in Michigan, where I grew up
Clothing: I live in Texas. I live in a swimsuit.

Hi everybody! I'm new here, so I figured I'd answer some of these cool little introductory threads.
What is your first name? Shannon
Age: 15
Location: Pennsylvania, the States
Hobbies and Interests: writing, reading, being with my close friends, going to shows, music (especially the bands Leftover Crack and the Sex Pistols), making clothes, sewing, any sort of diy project, drawing, exploring in the woods, internet, skin care (one of my big areas of expertise), and lots more...
Why are you here? To chat and hopefully make new friends.
When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): I've been diagnosed with so many different disorders so many times. Bipolar, ADHD, Aspergers, OCD...I don't remember when exactly, within the past two years. It's hard to keep track.
Favorite subjects: English and History.
Year/Grade: I'm going into public school for the first time in two years, and I'm not sure if they're going to put me in 9th or 10th grade...I'm really scared about going back to school. 
Favorite music: Oi!, Punk, rock n roll, street rock, metal, ska...I like many different genres.
Books: Lots of fiction, I can't keep track anymore. My all time favorite books are the Stranger by Albert Camus, Trainspotting by Irvine Welsh and A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess.
TV shows/Movies: I don't watch Tv, but I love movies...I like horror *but not horror movies with pop up gimmicks as the scary parts...they make me nervous, not thrilled or scared). Some movies I liked are This is England, Trainspotting, A Clockwork Orange, the Boondock Saints, I Am Legend, 28 Days Later, all the SAW movies, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas....
Instrument: Drums.
Do you like sports? Only soccer. And only when I'm playing with my friends.
Family: My mom and dad are divorced but still good friends with each other. I'm lucky to have them in my life. I also have two older step sisters and I step brother. And my dog, Pink.
Clothing: I usually wear jeans with the cuffs rolled up, Doc Marten steel toed boots, and a band t shirt or polo shirt.

Job: None right now, but looking.
Plans for the future? To travel a lot, to write a book. Those are my only real goals so far. |

Hobbies and Interests: Philosophy, math, biology, computers, comic books, fiction, and like a million other things.
Why are you here? umm, i have aspergers
When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): like 6 months ago
Favorite subjects: math and philosophy
Year/Grade: just finished high school
Favorite music: a wide variety, but especially anything rock...beatles and pink floyd
Books: tons...I read everything, but there's always a soft spot in my heart for sci fi.
TV shows/Movies: Arrested Development, the Sopranos, South Park and Clone High, among others.
Instrument: trying to learn guitar
Do you like sports? about as much as I like physical pain. No, I don't.
