Okay, I'm actually talking in this one:
Supplement regime day one
I made the video for a Tourette syndrome forum.
Accompanying notes:
I've read in a number of places that various vitamins, minerals and herbs can help with minimising tics.
Here I describe what I'm trying to start with. Sorry the audio isn't very clear.
Altogether, the supplements shown in the video (Gingko biloba, B complex + B12, calcium + magnesium, inositol, B6 and St. John's wort) came to about £35
The non-vegetarian capsules were cheaper (and there was a 75% off offer on, but not on the veggie ones) but I can't have gelatin).
I don't want to try 'proper'/standard medication because of the large numbr of side effects and my Tourettes is no way near severe enough to warrant it.
I'll try to post updates.
I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THE SOUND HAS GONE OUT OF SYNC. IT HASN'T ON MY LAST FEW VIDEOS. I'LL TRY TO REPRODUCE AND UPLOAD IT WHEN I HAVE TIME.
You don't have to open capsules. The capsule "melts" in your stomach after a couple minutes releasing all of the stuff from inside of the capsule.
BTW you're a cute woman.

Richard, your hair just needs a little "product" and it will be fine. Enjoyed your video.
Actually, I think all of you who have posted videos are tremendously talented. And have so much to offer either by educating or entertaining us. I really enjoy this thread.
Incredibly interesting Greyhound/Tictionary, I didn't realize tics could be so subtle. Thanks for educating us. Hope your vitamin/mineral therapy helps. _________________ I accept chaos. ok..this is very brief from Sunday...when my experimental comedy noise band the Annoysters played....you will see me (wearing a wig and a collander on my head....My friend standing on the stage is def. on the spectrum with a huge mixed bag of issues...and the other guy...not standing on the stage is (like me) not diagnosed...but I strongly suspect he is someplace on the spectrum...as well...one would know what I mean if one knew him.
notice I am very repetative and am having a hard time stringing together sentences...and whatnot...
Our set was not filmed by me because the CF card was not in the camera...(my camera has a very small internal memory) _________________ http://artshouston.ning.com/profile/Oliviadvorak

The truth about Tourette's syndrome
Hey Greyhound, I liked your video! How much time did you put into it?
I initially self-diagnosed myself with tourettes since I've stimmed like crazy since I was a little kid. The tics in tourettes and the 'stims' in aspergers can be EXTREMELY similar.

Thanks, I'm glad you like it I can't remember how long it took to make, but it can't have taken more than half an hour, I wouldn't have thought. _________________ I don't have Aspergers, I'm just socially inept
