Right now my hair is one big mat on top of the back of my head, held in a puffy circle by two elastic bands around it. I was going to take a steak knife and cut it off but I sort of like it like this.

I'm growing it out.

For years, I had this hairstyle I invented that was like a traditional bob plus a devilock.

Then I just had a devilock.

Then I had a Dee Dee Ramone style bowl cut.

When those fake yuppie "mohawks" became popular, I gave myself a real mohawk, and I wore it down all the time. I never even put it up once to see what it looked it. Laughing It was supposed to exemplify the difference between a real mohawk and a fake one - not the most exciting concept, I know.

Then I had devilock again.

After that, I got really sick of all those short hairstyles. I love cutting my hair (and other people's hair), but I like my hair when it's long - it develops all these weird curly layers.

I think I look more attractive with long hair, and it's more romantic-looking. This is important because at this point in my life, I just want to find a great guy to fall in love with and stay with indefinitely.

Funny how one's hairstyle can make such a big difference.

Curly and very fuzzy, but like Robert Smith from the cure (given this fact and given the fact that I wear eyeliner all the time, I sometimes get compared with him)

I also dye my hair black.

However, I need some advise here...

I am tired of curly hair, I really dislike it. I would like to get my hair straight so that it can hang until shoulder height, and then have a few locks dyed red (and the rest black).
Does anyone know a good product to straighthen the hair and make it less curly?

Nowadays, I keep my hair short, mainly because it's slowly falling out. It hides the baldness better. Smile shrug

I buzzed mine off last week, for the summer, my hair can grow an inch in a month, and it easier to take care off in the morning.
If I was going bald I would go for the Captain Picard look, nothing wrong with that look

I have short hair, but am trying to grow it out.

In the past, I have tried to
dye it to a different color.

Nothing!

Use a hair straightner! The only other option is going and getting it professionally straightened. The hair care products that claim to straighten hair DO NOT WORK!

As to my current bob, it looks like this: Except I need to go get it bobbed short again. Too long for me again.
