personally I think smoking is the worst of any habit, but just as long as nobody tries to force it on me they can burn out their lungs for all I care.

Everytime I take a break from smoking and then start up again, I realize how vile it is. It makes me feel nauseated, irritates my throat, and leaves a disgusting after taste... the only good point of it is that it gives a lovely calming effect.

I once smoked for a while to manage stress... It worked... I think its because it lowered the amount of oxygen getting to my brain so i didn't think clearly about things and it made me dizzy for a short while (a headspin)... it relaxed me a lot. quitting was pretty ordinary though.

my opinion on smoking, nicotine is a drug that has some short lived positive effects, ofcourse everyone knows the negative ones, i do smoke the i don't regret it, life sucks anyway the sooner it ends the better, and if i can take some of my time off by inhaling something that gives me a good feeling for a short while, sounds like a good deal to me. however i don't advice anyone else to smoke it definatly is bad for your health, that's why i never smoke when there are people around me except if i know those people don't mind or if they are smokers too and do the same to me.

if you do smoke or want to start doing it try to regulate yourself, the more you smoke the more addicted to nicotine you get, if you want to be a smoker be a sporadic one, do it every once in a while but don't make it a daily habit!
