I am a high school senior who hates to see that people do better than me. I refuse to accept that there is always someone who is better than me at something. I am at the top 20% percent of my class. I refuse to accept anything less than an A+. I am always working really hard to improve. I hate failure more than anyone. I cry when I get a 90- a low A on a quiz. I just wish I was the best at everything just so I can feel that I am intelligent.

Nope, and I was in the bottom half of my high school rankings. It's probably because no one has ever beaten me in the subjects that I enjoy. It's pretty funny watching a straight-a student gaze in wonder at a near perfect score on my essay, while they could only manage an A- Twisted Evil .

When I was doing well in school, as long as I was doing better than the majority I felt proud enough of myself. When it seems like the majority of people are doing better at something than me, even if its something fairly pointless like touching toes without bending knees, it pisses me off. I hated gym class because I was a slow runner, inflexible, weak, occupationally sensitive to flying objects (basketballs, dodgeballs, etc) definitely NOT athletically inclined. I wasn't physically disabled or anything AFAIK. I thought I was cursed.
