I'm a nightowl by necessity. I work from 19:00-7:00. It's tough to make the transition back into day life every few days, but I like the sun.

Up till 5:00 AM

I sleep till 2:00 PM usually. A psycho said this is directly related to the ASD (hey, who am I to argue?); I've been like this for a very long time. She said the sleep cycles are usually switched, or, in better words, people with ASDs have problems with sleeping at night.

Vampires, I guess.

I'd love that: vampires!

I like owls, but vampires beat the old owls a thousand times.

Yay and I am the vampire gamer. Anyway I have a theory that the Vampire myth has more to do with cats then with bats, and people think we are like cats, the great circle of darkness.

I used to stay up until 7-8am, then sleep until noon, but of course, society works 9-5, so I had to adjust my schedule to accommodate society's standards of decent hours. It bites big time! I hate being in bed before 3am, but I lay down at about 1am and finally pass out at 3.

I have no sleep schedule, really. It all depends on how tired I am and what I'm doing. There's been times where I've stayed up all night working on something, then gone asleep at 8 or 10 in the morning, and woken up at 4 or 6 in the evening. Mostly that's away at college, though, during really intensive times of the semester.

If I could, I would stay up all night. I love nights! It's so quiet and dark and there are no interruptions. I can rarely stay up very late anymore though. Sad I work full time and it exhausts me, so I need a lot of sleep and I have a sleeping disorder too, so I must keep my sleeping hours regular or else I'm asking for major trouble with my sleep and my health. So I'm usually in bed before midnight.

I wish I could sleep in afternoons and stay up all nights instead.

It's usually till about 3, but seeing as how summer is winding down I'm slowly knocking off earlier.
Cause If I don't, I don't think I'll be getting up for school on time!

There is no constancy to my sleep patterns, but I've always been a night owl. I love the night time. Sometimes I have periods of insomnia. Usually it is because I want to be up doing things, and I often sleep once every two days, or when I simply cannot move/lift even my eyelids any more.

My sleeping patterns are very unpredictable... Most of the time, I'm nocturnal, and don't sleep until about 9:00 am. Every once in a while, when I do actually sleep at night (I did last night), I wake up a lot and get sleep paralysis. I strongly dislike sleeping at night! Actually I just dislike sleeping in general! Laughing Sometimes I'll go for 24+ hours without sleeping... which isn't very convenient when you're in school!

I've actually been told that I look like a vampire several times... Shocked Laughing

During the work week, I try to go to bed between 9:00 and 10:00, but naturally I gravitate towards somewhere after midnight on weekends and whenever I have a few days off (summer break when I was younger often meant going to bed at 4:00 A.M. and then getting up at 2:00 P.M.).

Yes I am definately a night owl. I usually don't go to bed untill 3:00 or 4:00 AM. It's so much more peaceful and quiet at night. While everybody is sleep this is when I get to have me time and just be myself. I wait till it gets dark and then I sit outside for a little bit then I watch tv or get on the computer. Im constantly In and Out the house at night so I keep it quiet so I wont wake up my parents.
