Yep, it's time for another poll. The gloves are off as we determine what is the best science fiction show ever.
Lemme put it this way. I'll try to put as many as I can. However:
*No adaptations, unless they became a series (such as The Six-Million Dollar Man). Most adaptations are stand-alone.
*No anime. If I listed all the science fiction anime, we'd be here forever.
*If a series has had a number of spin-offs or remakes (ie, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica), choose the option I have. So if you like the old, or the new versions of BSG, choose the Battlestar Galactica option.
*If anyone so much as suggests an anthology show like The Twilight Zone or The Outer Limits, or Mystery Theatre 3000, they will get a Yahtzee style-thrashing. can't vote, haven't seen them all. plus, you need to deferentiate on some of them
but what about Babylon 5 and farscape, eh?

Not at the moment. And I don't feel like adding The 4400, either, so don't ask. _________________ Spinning a plate on a stick is impressive, but try to spin three at once and you'll end up digging porcelain out of your face. -Yahtzee |

I'll add Lost. But if anyone wants me to add The 4400, or Eureka, or anything like that, I will go all Yahtzee on their derrieres. _________________ Spinning a plate on a stick is impressive, but try to spin three at once and you'll end up digging porcelain out of your face. -Yahtzee |

I wondered if I should put Futurama on there, but maybe I'll just exclude animation, period. _________________ Spinning a plate on a stick is impressive, but try to spin three at once and you'll end up digging porcelain out of your face. -Yahtzee |

It's a good show, but not exactly my tastes. I prefer a show that explains a little more. Even so, it's a quirky little number. I like a show that screws with your mind every now and then. _________________ Spinning a plate on a stick is impressive, but try to spin three at once and you'll end up digging porcelain out of your face. -Yahtzee |

The Prisoner was brilliant but was it science fiction?
I think not. |

I think it would be considered cyberpunk if they had such a thing back then. It does diagram the use of technology and a system to keep people in check and it was a general warning of things to come if we weren't careful. _________________ "No matter how many instances of white swans we see, we must never assume that all swans are white." ~Sir Karl Popper
