I find it hard to suck on a lollipop, so I crunch them with my teeth....

Much like the owl on those "Tootsie Roll pop" ads, I am way too impatient to suck on a lollipop for more than a couple licks (if that).

How many licks to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll pop? One, two, three, CRUNCH.

Yup, that's pretty much how it goes.

I have tried having an entire lollypop without biting it... haven't succeeded yet.

The big ones are annoying as hell, why anyone want to keep that big ol' thing in their mouth for so long? Dum dums, now THOSE fantastic miniature lollipops can be enjoyed without the irritating size.

I don't really like lollipops. I especially dislike biting them. The crystalline pieces of the lollipops stick in the hulls of my many molars. It's sticky and uncomfortable and I can feel it causing a cavity. I avoid hard candies.

I'll suck on hard candies for a little while, but I always end up biting into them! I have yet to just leave them alone to melt in my mouth! LOL

I find it difficult to just suck on them, often I will suck on it so ti becomes wet then I will chew on it, though even if I dont chew on it I find myself often takeing it out to have a look at how it has changed.

I find it easier to suck on hard candies than lollipops because there's no stick. I can suck on hard candies for longer. But I still wind up biting them.

It's pretty difficult most of the time for me to successfully suck hard candy down. I usually end up biting it lightly, breaking it down slowly. Sometimes, if I really lose focus on it, I'll bite straight into it.
