Nah, I think I must look older than I am. Confused
When I was a freshman in highschool, people in choir class kept asking me if I was a senior. Shocked

I think I look a few years younger than my age, like mid to late 20s. Though as recently as two years ago, someone thought I was 19. That made my day! Laughing

I've gotten to the point where I just stop correcting people when they ask me if I'm enjoying summer vacation, or buying school clothes, or getting good grades...ect. I know they are assuming high school, nobody just assumes some random person they don't know is in college. But they would assume some random kid is in highschool. I've gotten tired of the akwardness of telling my real age, so I just let strangers think I'm 16-ish even though I'm 26.

^ Shocked Holy crap! 2ce per week at the minimum, I get asked, "So, are you in school?" I've gotten so used to it, I just answer "No. I just work full time." Shocked So that's why they're asking that! It make (some) sense now! Shocked I appear as though I am of the age where I should be in college, even though I am a few years older then the period that would have been an appropriate question.

I've more than once thought about having a little fun with it though. Like if they ask me what highschool I attend, I want to just look at them with a sad face and say "Oh, my parents don't let me go to school. I have to work to help pay off my hospital bill."

Same, I was talking to someone in their twenties and they thought I was 16, they looked genuinly shocked when I told him I was 14! This will come in handy getting into 15 films... Very Happy

OMG yes!!!!! I'm 22 but people think I'm 16 or younger. Last year I went to visit my boyfriend in New Orleans and when I was going through security the guard asked me how old I was with a lot of concern. He thought I was an unaccompanied minor!!!! That's under 14! I DO NOT look that young! People always tell me you'll be happy that you look younger than you are when you are older, but I don't care about that. I just want to be treated like a young adult!

I sure do. I'm 23 and have virtually not aged or developed physically at all since I was about 16, it is annoying and a major hindrance. It's difficult enough to express myself in the manner I want to, looking 'immature' just makes it even worse. People think I am a 'kid' becuase of the way I look, talk and behave but I don't think like one.
