| ive lived in Orange Co, CA for nearly 2 yrs otherwise born, grew up in, went to college in MD. I know it doesn't help but may go back. things so far aren't working out here. |

well I know the question isn't directed at me but here:
i lived there for nearly 2 yrs. I do like historic ellicott city. strolled through there many times. the sound of the river is so soothing.
I do like how it's affluent/has social liberal tendencies unlike the rest of the bmore metro and unlike the dc metro. also is a bit more diverse which is good especially since I'm a 2nd gen indian-american. plus it's closer to moco than the rest of the baltimore metro.
