It is something that aspies contend with more than other people. Last week I went to bed early so as to make sure I had the 8 recommended hours of sleep. It totally backfired on me and I lay awake the entire night. I had to reschedule an appointment the next day because I was too tired to drive safely to it. _________________ Why be a label, be yourself and keep others guessing instead. - Dee_. |

I absolutely CANNOT sleep unless I am drop-dead tired. I need to be at a physical point where I am literally too tired to stay awake before I'm able to shut down. My hours are also exceptionally screwed up... most nights I won't sleep until 3 or 4am (last night was 6am), then I'll sleep until 4.30pm in the afternoon _________________ ~I wanna fly high, so I can reach the highest of all the heavens

I know I have problems falling asleep. It always takes me hours. I was amazed when I found out the average NT falls asleep in just seven minutes! |
