It could be to do with the fact that when things get a bit raunchy and intimate, their glasses really do steam up. Or it could the the secretary/innocent/intelligence thing.

Glasses are really not a problem for me, I could say I like it... But I don't think a girl I don't find interesting without will interest me by wearing glasses !

And then the glasses often come off and those whips and chains they've been hiding come out
*naughty grin*

Sorry couldn't resist....but I agree with the whole idea of the "look" of a woman with glasses (I'm 34, so I'm a bit old for "girls"). When a woman wears glasses, I tend to get the first impression that she has an intellectual occupation or hobbies, or maybe just reads a lot. So she is likely to have something interesting to say.

That, and intelligent, well-spoken conversation is quite frankly a turn-on for me. And I am far more likely to find such a thing in women with glasses.

Heck yes. I think the majority of girls who do wear glasses look better when they have them on. I definitely like glasses. It gives the girls a cute, smart look.

I don't mind girls/women that wear glasses

My first girlfriend didn't wear them, my last two girlfriends did wear them, one when she felt like it as opposed to the opticians advice of all the time (she could see about ok without), the other all the time, then there was one other girl I knew who wore them some of the time, but she was cute without them anyway...

my special friend doesn't wear glasses that I am aware but I wouldn't mind if it turned out she did

My BF has said that glasses are a turn-on. I have a pair that I rarely wear, like to go to the movies, since I'm a little near sighted. He loves them!

He also likes girls in sporty hats and sweatshirts. Is this a turn-on for other guys? I'm wondering...

If by sporty you mean actual sports, that says to me "I like sports". So while it isn't necessarily a bona-fide turn-on, it can become a topic of conversation. But that's just me, I will not be so presumptuous as to speak for all the guys posting on this board.

There are some silly-looking frames out there, but within reason I find I generally find myself more drawn to women who wear glasses.

I'm a glasses wearer.
