I posted in this very topic a while back and it was rather successful so I am going to make a new(er) and updated entry about me.
My name is Stephan and I am eighteen years old and I have HFA. I live in a small town in the state of Massachusetts in the United States. My interests are Mobile Suit Gundam (Universal Century timeline), video games, reading, writing, fooling around with my guitar, listening to music and global politics. I'm mainly into drawing, illustrations for my own ideas or things from mythology etc, video games, films (making them and watching them), tv, reading, mysteries of time and space, nature and other stuff. Hello, My name is Penguin from Thailand-Norway. I am moving to Clark University, MA this coming August.
I finally have my diagnosis officially last week (Asperger's Syndrome). I am mainly into Biology, Shoes, drawing illustrations sometimes, I usually draw Penguin in class though. Also, I love to cook alot! so may some of you can exchange recipes.
Really wonder anyone who lives in Norway?

Hi, I'm Ben. I'm from California. I've been diagnosed with Asperger's. I spend most my time watching t.v., computer, or video games... not the healthiest lifestyle. Favorite t.v. shows are Firefly, X-Files, and The Simpsons. I also like LEGO's.
It will be nice to talk to real people instead of yelling at the t.v. like a crazy person  (I'll probably still do that, though) |

My interests are music (Pretty much any and all genres; listening mainly, although I do "play" guitar and drums,) Films/TV, videogames (especially Guitar Hero/Rock Band,) and books (starting to read some graphic novels at the moment.)
I have very poor social skills, but fare somewhat better online than in real life. However, if you decide to PM me or add me on MSN (See profile for MSN address,) you will need to message me firstin order to "get the ball rolling," as striking up conversation is not my forte. Nickname is Gummi, Female, 18, from UK.
Have not been diagnosed yet cos my GP (who was new to me and hadn't dealt with me before at all) saw me for an eating disorder and immediately dismissed any chance of me being autistic obviously from how I walked through the door. However I have read up on the condition and I am pretty certain I am on the spectrum due to the fact that I have an extensive list that apply to me. I would be high functioning or Aspergers I think, if not just an ASD on reasonably mild end of spectrum.
I am obsessed with films in general, particular films (Pixar movies, Midnight Express), cast & crew of films, film dates, home video formats (Betamax/VHS/laserdisc/DVD/Blu-ray/HD-DVD) and film trivia. Past obsessions have been with Titanic (would not touch anything with the fingers I touched a piece of the ship with at the Science Museum exhibition in London until I wiped 'Titanic' off on our Bob Ballard book inside cover - about 4 hours) Colosseum (the fault of Gladiator, once described by a friend as having 'swallowed the guide book') Mater from Cars, Wall-E (squeak, jump and flap my hands on encountering a Disney store though I own practically everything Wall-E related) and now Midnight Express, the 1978 film (went to Istanbul this in Febuary and went in the Four Seasons hotel, originally the jail where it was set - happiest moment of my life? Possibly. Carry VHS everywhere, have to leave room to recover if anyone touches it without forewarning until they put it down)
I don't do eye contact.
I don't like bright/flashing lights, loud noises or strong tastes or smells. I am very picky.
Absolute perfectionist. Even my rough book was neater than classmates' actual exercise books. Colour coded. Mistake = write it out all again. Only use a certain type of writing paper - narrow-lined Post Office pad with the purple cover.
Small group of close friends, not really interested in most of the others I come across, many are too social and I find them confusing cos I don't understand how they can keep eye contact, approach strange people etc...
This is just a few, would get realllly boring if I mentioned all of them.
Anyway thats me. I'm glad there are others on here who can (partially) understand what it's like, even though they won't completely because I can't always tell myself, never mind explain it to others!

I'm Ben, 17 years of age...sometimes random, sometimes bored, sometimes irrational. But that's who I am.

It may seem like you're putting centuries of work into liking me and it's getting nowhere, but, it will pay off, trust me. It takes several years to actually like me but it WILL happen. I am 18 and live in Philadelphia. I'm not sure if I have Aspergers or not, but I was reading about it and I do match some of the symptoms. Last year I was evaluated by a school shrink. When I read the report it mentioned ADD a lot and the term "Asperger" did come up once or twice. My violin teacher has a kid on the spectrum so she knows a bit about this stuff. She thinks I may have AS too.
Right now I am about to finish my first year of college. Next year I hope to transfer to Temple University in Philadelphia. I am a huge fan of South Park and Futurama. I've been playing the violin since first grade. Some of the bands I listen to are Slayer, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and Dead Kennedys. |

I am not sure am I having AS or high functioning.. I don't really understand emotions, people around me always say that I don't have much expression on my face and my tone is too cold.
But, some also say that I am funny and humourous, depends on how u think.
I am 16.
I like Maths, Psychiatry, Neurology, interesting people, reading, drawing, Psychology, watching tv (including anime.. but not obsses in it XP), music, sometimes writing poems/ reading poems, playing..
Really obsessed in Maths, psychiatry, drawing.
I wish to learn more about Mathematics!! But stopped by my family. If someone can increase my skills and knowledge in Mathematics, I don't mind~!
