The things you 'might not know about me' thread has got me thinking- is there enough of us here interested in crafts/arts for a craft forum to be worthwhile???

Perhaps but it tends to be all about other people's art, etc rather than stuff we've made ourselves.
It could be a really bad idea- I'm just in the middle of a craft obsession at the moment- I made 8 things over the weekend

That was what I had in mind- thought we could share pics of finished projects and links to good online tutorials.

I have expanded the scope of the art, writing and music forum to incorporate crafts also - that seems suitable. Why not start some craft threads - a 'show us yours' sticky, perhaps?
