I read about this, and though I'm not a Nessie hunter fanatic, it's got to be a picture of something, and really does look more animalish than a boat... or sunken boat, whatever.

Let's be logical. There can be no Loch Ness monster just as there can be no "Bigfoot".

You can't have "one" creature. There must be a minimum breeding population.

Let's look at Bigfoot. In a certain area there would have to be several hundred Bigfeet at least.

So in the last couple of hundred years no one has ever shot or captured a Bigfoot.

Conclusion: They don't exist.

I've had an odd theory about bigfoots and yeti when i was in my biology classes. After a while, i came to wonder why there aren't YY individuals (there are XXs after all no? <.<). Teach told me there's apparently too much vital information on the X to exclude it from the genetic makeup of an individual. She still said that, if it was ever viable, it would have hyper masculine traits, such as being very hairy, having pronounced teeth... <.< I kinda ventured to jokingly say if we could call it a Yeti (hey, it even starts with a Y! o.O ). But yeah, just my imagination. ^^

Loch Ness Monster does not exist. It never has.

The iconic first image of a hump and a long neck sticking out of the water has long been proven a fake. That's how the legend started... it was a prank orchestrated by somebody. (His name escapes me at the moment.) Every subsequent sighting has either been made up stories by the locals in an attempt to boost tourism, or Nessie enthusiasts desperate for their very own personal sighting so they could feel a part of that community of theirs.

Never underestimate the stupidity of people in large numbers. Look how many Americans believe that we never landed on the Moon, or that the US government orchestrated 9/11? Those are preposterous claims of breathtaking ignorance, and yet a lot of people think they are true.

EDIT: first crop circles were made by two Scottish farmers with a length of rope and two sticks tied to each end. What a simple device! No spaceship required! The two have even been caugh on camera drawing more circles. And still there are those who would rather believe that some aliens travelled 9 billion light years in order to... mess with our crops? Very Happy

That is one very inconclusive picture. I see a boat on the right and it's impossible to tell what those white marks are on the left.

I will believe in the Loch Ness monster when they haul it ashore either alive or dead.

I seem to remember a story a while ago on people with YY chromosomes, and their link to mass murders and other violent crimes... too lazy to dig it up right noe, maybe I'll find it later...

What's the harm in a little cryptozoology. Without bigfoot there'd be no Harry and the Henderson's. I can only watch those UFO shows for so long before they're just boring.

Ahh.. that is another matter. I have seen photos of modern crop circles. They are far too large and far too complex to have been made by a couple of nerds with boards strapped to their feet. At least without anyone seeing them doing it.

I do NOT believe that they were made by humans but were they made by aliens?

Here is the problem. Are there Aliens?

If there are Aliens why don't they just land and say "Hi"?

There is a HUGE amount of evidence that UFO's exist.

But if they do then why do they waste their time chasing rednecks down back roads and giving them rectal probes? Or turning cows inside out?

There are several subjects that I have mentally labeled "don't go there".
"This way leads to madness"

I am happy to claim that there are no monsters but as for Aliens?......
Don't go there!

Huge amount? Where are the physical artifacts? Look at the pile of junk that humans left on the Moon? Why don't we see anything like that?

No physical artifacts. No "footprints". No bodies. Only unsubstantiated claims.

Indeed... after 50+ years of active investigation by private individuals, and a 12 year investigation by the most technologically advanced army on the planet, we have:

Not one single clear photograph or video of a UFO that wasn't either too blurry to be identified or exposed as a hoax

Not one single artifact that came from a crashed UFO, even though literally dozens of so-called UFO crashes have been documented

Not one single piece of forensic evidence proven to be extraterrestrial

and many, many UFO witnesses who all swear that "nothing on earth could travel that fast/far/maneuverably/silently, etc"

If extraterrestrials were indeed visiting our planet, I find it quite rude that not one of them has offerred their hosts a gift or to pose for a photograph.

So, either they aren't out there, or they're rude, perverted, livestock-murdering, crop-disturbing, a-holes who we're better off not meeting at all.

I should think that a civilisation so advanced that they have faster-than-light travel capabilities would also have developed equally advanced social technology, and would not be so rude to strangers they meet in their travels.

Anal probes indeed.

The clincher for me came last year, when UFO researchers so expert in their field that they had their own tv show, definitively pronounced that an object captured on film absolutely could not be a flare, and that no earthly craft could travel in such a way, after which it was discovered that the object was indeed a flare, tied to a balloon. More incredibly, those supposed experts, after his stunning display of sheer idiocy became public, and after the extent of their blunder was widely publicised, STILL HAVE THEIR JOBS.

In the final analysis, there are no UFOs, but television executives will still pay "experts" to perpetuate the idea to the masses.

CASE CLOSED

There are a lot of eyewitness reports from many credible people but nothing beyond that.

The Japanese Prime Minister's wife claims she was abducted by Aliens and taken to Venus which was a "lush green place"

Well you know and I know that Venus is a hellhole with surface temperatures that would melt lead, but hey, it is a good story. Very Happy
