Wednesday morning I worked, came home to eat, then had people coming over to train me in the new Family Search for family history. I like genealogy but it turned out to be too much socializing. After they left I just shut down and couldn't move. After a while I could read though but I haven't shut down in a long time since I've learned how much I can handle. Yesterday I had a doctors appointment and came home to clean and read.
Finally able to comfortably talk to people online.
But next Wednesdays schedule isn't any calmer. |

| I am glad to heat that you are on the mend, but I am sorry you shut down. I hate that... especially when it comes from doing something you like... very frustrating. I hope next Wednesday goes better for you. |

Thanks,
I needed someone who can relate.
Yesterday I came home and slept for 2 hours in the afternoon and then went to bed at 9:15 (Fridays I am usually up later) and slept for 10 hours. I don't know about the rest of you but on normal days I sleep between 8 hours to 8 hours and 15 minutes but longer if I've been overdoing it. |
