Hypothesis: the level of office politik will be inversely proportional to the amount of practical work in the job.
True? I've never had a job (I'm 15), so I don't have any evidence yet, which is why I'm asking people who have had jobs.
Also, what sorts of jobs have lower levels of politik? _________________ "The only universal message in science fiction: There exist minds that think as well as you do, but differently." - Larry Niven |

I think it depends more on the quality of management than anything else. Some managers get off on that crap and others won't tolerate it at all. _________________ Can't get it right, no matter what I do, guess I'll just be me and keep F!@#$%G up for you! |
