pancakes with maple syrup- because I just love maple syrup and because pancakes have a good texture and are easy to make (I also like a good spicy curry)
apple cider - i like the taste and the bubbles in it agree with me better than those in softdrink/soda (I also enjoy iced coffee) _________________ -M&S

I don't know elderflower.. but I agree with you about rare steak. Either that or garlic, although garlic has to be in something, not alone..
And to drink, uuuh.. OH I KNOW. pumpkin eggnog latte. Actually I don't know if it's a latte. It's just coffee with pumpkin eggnog in it. But it's AWESOME. _________________ "Things should be as simple as possible, but no simpler." - Albert Einstein |

I SOOOOOO love food topics. I'm really kind of fussy when it comes to food but get so happy when it is just right. I have been gluten and bovine casien free for years now but the thing I most crave is something my mum and I had when we were out shopping one day about maybe 7 or 8 years ago.
It was 2 thick sliced multigrain toasts (nice and crunchy, not mushy) with butter, mushed up Avacado salt and pepper, then tasty chesse, thick and melted then 4 fresh tiger prawns (large shrimp) with salt and pepper and French dressing poured over the top. MMMMMM gives me goose bumps just thinking about it.
Something else I reaaaaaaly miss are hot crumpets with butter and honey.........................Oh those were the days LOL
To drink I absolutely love fresh crushed pineapple juice with lots of crushed ice. Also one canned kind we get here in Aus. I always eat organic, when available but have never had an organic bottled or canned organic Pineapple juice I like. Non Alcoholic Pina colada made with cream (can't have that anymore) Do an OK version with extra coconut cream now. And coconut is a healthfood now so........................"some body stop me" LOL
I do also have to admit to craving Coke Zero which I tend to choose when ever I get soft drink (soda) but I know it's a very bad choice health wise.
Used to also love those milkshakes that they put extra cream in, then ice cream, then vanilla, then malt, must be almost freezing but not too much icerceam......................all lost to me know though, sniff |

saywhatyamean your situation saddens me. . missing out on that food (which sounds amazing, btw)
keith the best pie ive ever had was a steak pie in a no-name pub in a teeny village in Ireland. how do you drink your tea? i used to drink like, 8 cups a day, but now the caffeine makes my SA soar like crazy. :/ so only on weekends when there isnt any socializing. |

Yes, and curse who ever it was who finally decided to sell them pre-shelled! Used to stop due to getting sick of taking them out of the shell, now that that is already done for you, you...cant...stop!!!! _________________ “It's a sad thing not to have friends, but it is even sadder not to have enemies.” - El Che |
