| now that I know I'm an Aspie there is a reason for never doing well in job interviews because everyone always thinks I "must be on drugs." Doesn't help my financial situation, but its nice to know *why*, for the past 20 years, all my family and friends got jobs easily but I never could. |

| I too heard that all the time. Mostly I heard it all in High School. Everyday someone would say something involving pot or beer or something about me. Always thought I was on drugs. I had so much anxiety I just figured it would work easier without speaking to them. I tried a few times and they still didn't get it so I just let it go and let em say whatever and just smiled. Noone in HS perceived me very well I don't think. |
