| I am in my 30s and am still carded for alcohol and people do not believe I am "old enough" to have three children. I recently had lunch with a friend from middle school, and one of the first things she said to me was, "My god, do you not age? Could you at least have a wrinkle or something?" I'm pretty used to it, as I have always been mistaken to be years younger than I am. |

I'm 57 and got carded a few months ago. I do admit I was wearing a hat and the bar was dark.
I went bald early, so I looked older than I was until I started looking younger. The current style of shaved heads or very short hair for men works in my favor now. |

They weren't to me, several people have honestly made the mistake.
My mother is also often thought to be 1 or 2 decades younger than she is. |

| I'm 20 but i still dress like i did when i was 16 (long hair, grunge clothes etc.) i have a beard but still get asked for my ID- i have a very young face so if i shaved my beard off i would probably look 16 |
