I was trying to install the Dungeons and dragons online game and it require .NET 1.1 with Service pack 1. SO I installed it but I am getting a mess age saying "Error 1606.Could not access network location %APPDATA%\." What does that mean?

It means your trying to install old software incompatible software into Vista, you need to use Microsoft Virtual PC which is free and then install the game.
